Big Winner
: A Submitter whose proposal has been chosen by a requester
is a Big Winner. Big Winners are ad resolvers. A Big Winner would
be eligible for the "Big Winner" reward as specified in
the ad.
Intermediary
: Every Propagator who happens to be on the chain connecting
an ad creator to a successful submitter for this ad is an intermediary.
Intermediaries are eligible for rewards according to the criteria
specified by ad creators. Indeed, an Intermediary may not be eligible
for a reward if the Requester had specified that he would reward
only the first 2 Intermediaries on the winning chain for instance.
Propagator
: Any person who views an ad and decides to send it on to
their friends through iPropi is a Propagator. Propagators are
Connectors among and beyond iPropi's community. iPropi's value
as a service relies heavily on propagators enthusiasm to spread
the word on ads they find interesting. Propagators can remain
anonymous if they wish so.
Recipients email addresses are shown only to Propagators and remain
hidden from any other user. Reasons to propagate an ad are infinite:
propagators may be motivated by rewards, the desire to help their
friends find a good deal or to help their fellow Internet users
for instance.
To propagate
: It is the action of sending an ad on to a list of contacts
through iPropi. A user can propagate an ad directly from the website
or from a propagation email he has received from another person.
Propagating an ad will include recipients as well as sender in
the propagation tree for this ad.
Requester
: Any user who creates an ad on iPropi is a Requester.
Reward : iPropi gives Requesters the opportunity to offer
a reward as an incentive for the Propagators to help him/her find
a match to his/her ad. Rewards may be cash, objects, services.
Requesters can use iPropi's easy or advanced mode to specify their
reward depending on its nature.
Thanks to
iPropi's patented reward method, users have full control over
their reward and its allocation. Setting the right parameters
will ensure requesters that they do not pledge anything more than
what they intend to. Setting the maximum number of intermediaries
that a Requester is ready to reward is one of these important
criteria.
Submitter : Any person who contacts an ad creator to make
them a proposal which may match their ad. A Submitter may be able
either to match an ad directly or to provide the contact details
of a person who is able to do so.
